Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days after processing. Please note that international shipping times depend on customs clearance in your country.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Nova Tress is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. For assistance, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Customs & Return-to-Sender Policy
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your product or shipping cost. Customers are responsible for settling these charges directly with the courier or customs office to release their parcel.
If the courier is unable to reach you or receive the required payment, your parcel may be returned to sender.
If a return is requested by the customer, or initiated due to non-payment or lack of response, any fees associated with the return shipment (including customs handling or courier return costs) will be deducted from your total order value, excluding the original shipping fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return costs can vary depending on destination and courier, and currently start from £150.
