International Orders & Customs Returns

For international orders, if a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, refusal to accept delivery, or a customer-requested return, any return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the total order value before any refund is processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
